Thank you, Pear!
Well I just came back from the opening of the Nikonian store.
I was just looking forward to the performances, because I can’t relate to photography much. Haha. Performances lined up were fire breathers and an impersonator of, you guessed it, Michael Jackson.
I was there at 5, then Marly and Amanda Koh came at around 6. We talked and talked and talked until they had to go home. But that was only at around 7-ish?
The performances started not long after they were gone. Two men started pouring kerosene into their mouths and spitting them out into the flames. Really dazzling experience.
After that performance, the owner and his friend started giving out gifts and thanked everyone. And then they introduced MJ. Well, for a start, he clearly looked like MJ. Curly tied up hair with the black leather shoes and white socks. Even had the hat and sunglasses. Haha.
So he started dancing and wow, he was good. His moves were like a carbon copy of MJ, but obviously he didn’t do all of it. Probably incapable. Haha. But he did do the moonwalk, crotch-holding thing (HAHA), side steps and other MJ-like moves. He only performed for 10 minutes though, I wanted more!
That was the closest I’ll ever get to being in a MJ concert I suppose. It’s really exciting to see people dance that way.
Anyways, I’d like to share this with you guys. Click. Brilliant stuff, to say the least. Credits to Gina, who posted the link on Twitter.
Have a great Sunday tomorrow everybody! Goodnight. :)
